Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join the Owatonna Motor Company sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer service, and lead generation strategies. You will collaborate with various team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives. You will be given all the tools and support that you will need to be successful, The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, good phone skills, communication skills and a desire to help people. Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.


• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.


• Identify a customer needs and properly find a solution.


• Work side by side with fellow sales associates.
