Responsibilities

• 
  

  Build relationships with customers and guide them through the car buying process

  
  


• 
  

  Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs

  
  


• 
  

  Stay up-to-date on Mazda and Kia product knowledge, features, and technology

  
  


• 
  

  Perform professional test drives and product demonstrations

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

  Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude every day

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or related fields preferred (not required)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Professional appearance and a positive, energetic personality

  Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

  Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
