Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate who is a genuine car person. If you spend your free time reading up on 0-60 times, debating the merits of different EV architectures, or appreciating the lines of a well-designed performance car, you’ll fit right in. Your mission is to connect fellow enthusiasts with vehicles that make them excited to get behind the wheel, providing a high-energy, consultative experience that matches the cars we sell.

Key Responsibilities

 * Share the Passion: Use your knowledge of sports cars and EVs to provide high-quality, professional demonstrations that highlight what makes each vehicle "fun" to drive.

 * Master the Tech: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest automotive technologies, from performance tuning to the newest developments in electric range and charging.

 * Consultative Selling: Assist customers by asking the right questions and listening carefully, helping them find a car that fits their lifestyle and their love for driving.

 * Build a Community: Nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life, ensuring every buyer becomes a brand advocate and a source of referral business.

 * Thrive in the Mix: Manage a diverse inventory ranging from sports cars to the cutting-edge torque of electric cars.

Qualifications

Required:

 * Automotive Spirit: A self-starter mentality with a sincere interest in sports cars and the electric vehicle revolution.

 * Communication Skills: Phenomenal ability to talk shop with car enthusiasts while remaining approachable to first-time buyers.

 * Adaptability: Ready to waste no time learning the ins and outs of new arrivals, whether they are gas-powered performance cars or high-tech EVs.

 * Professionalism: A well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude that brings your "A-game" every single day.

 * Logistics: Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred:

 * Sales Background: Experience in automotive sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but a "hunger" for the industry is most important.

 * Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to serve our diverse San Jose community.

 * Education: College degree or equivalent professional experience.
