Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve monthly sales goals and dealership performance standards

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and process paperwork accurately and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the finance and service departments

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a bonus, but not required)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

  Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

  Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

  Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Pay Range: $70,000 - $180,000 Yearly (Base + Commission)
