Copeland Toyota is seeking a passionate and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the perfect vehicle. Schedule:

• 
  Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• 
  Friday: OFF


• 
  Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Mandatory)


• 
  Sunday: OFF


• 
  Last day of the month: Mandatory workday

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.


• Build lasting relationships to foster a loyal customer base.


• Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer needs.


• Proactively generate traffic through various channels, including booking appointments, engaging with service customers, leveraging referrals, and utilizing the client relationship management system.


• Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain strong connections.


• Assist in setting and achieving sales goals.


• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership management system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong customer service and sales skills


• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships


• Valid driver's license and knowledge of dealership products and services
