Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and eager to help customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  Learn and maintain a deep knowledge of vehicle inventory and features

  Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

  
  


• 
  

  Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options

  Assist customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery

  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

  Meet or exceed sales goals and dealership performance targets

  
  

Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivalent required

  Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
