Job Description - Automotive Sales Consultant



AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT


Salary: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year


Guaranteed Pay: $3,000.00 per month for the first 3 months


Employment Type: Full-time


Classification: Exempt

We encourage anyone with experience in customer service, the hotel and restaurant industries, retail sales, IT, or call centers to apply. Our in-house training team is dedicated to your success, providing both online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Responsibilities:



  • Build relationships and create lifelong customers by assisting them in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences.

  • Become an expert on our vehicles, including product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.

  • Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.

  • Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.

  • Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

  • Bring your best game and a positive attitude every day.


 


Qualifications:



  • Availability of working flexible hours and weekends

  • Eagerness to learn about new products and features

  • Excellent communication skills with customers

  • Professional and well-groomed appearance

  • High energy and enthusiasm

  • Clean driving record

  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
