Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

BMW of North Haven is Connecticut's only BMW Center of Excellence winner!

We are looking for a results-oriented, high energy, sales focused, and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in North Haven, Connecticut. As an individual contributor, the Automotive Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned BMW vehicles to customers, as well as maintaining and building relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry and offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Responsibilities/Attributes:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned BMW vehicles to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow up with customers after the sale
- Keep up-to-date on BMW products, features, and industry trends
- Utilize CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge and passion for BMW vehicles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
