Job Description - Automotive Sales Consultant



The Wynn Group in Norristown, Pa. is an award winning, family owned automobile dealership since 1979. Nationally recognized as one of the best Volvo and Volkswagen dealerships in the country.  We are looking for a motivated and energetic salesperson to join our team.

Responsibilities



  • Delivering value to the customer

  • Timely handling of customer requests

  • Keeping current on all factory models and programs

  • Encouraging repeat and referral business

  • Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles

  • Supply customer with product performance and benefits

  • Build strong rapport with customers

  • Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations over email and text communication


Qualifications



  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills

  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Ability to manage appropriate technical skills

  • Four year College degree

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone

  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process

  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
