Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers in the showroom, building rapport and understanding their needs

  
  


• 
  

  Help customers select the right vehicle based on their wants, needs, and budget

  
  


• 
  

  Present and explain vehicle features, performance, benefits, and available options

  
  


• 
  

  Offer and coordinate test drives, following dealership procedures and verifying proper identification

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve sales goals as outlined by the sales manager

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with prospects and customers to encourage repeat and referral business

  
  


• 
  

  Review your performance regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) to continuously improve results and time management

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using technology; training provided on all dealership tools and software

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
