Key Responsibilities




  • Manage inbound digital leads through dealer website, social media, and third-party sources including Autotrader, CarGurus, CarNow, and others




  • Respond promptly to every lead using phone calls, text messages, emails, and short personalized videos




  • Maintain daily follow-up cadence to maximize engagement and appointment opportunities




  • Handle inbound phone inquiries for new and pre-owned vehicles




  • Guide customers through the buying process, start to finish




  • Complete digital needs analysis and guest sheets accurately




  • Become highly knowledgeable on vehicle inventory, features, packages, and technology




  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives




  • Ensure customer satisfaction, drive referrals, repeat business




  • Overcome objections, maintain control of the sales process




  • Report daily activity, progress, and performance to Sales Management




  • Bring energy, accountability, and a positive mindset every day




 


Qualifications




  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends




  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and perform at a high level




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Professional appearance and demeanor




  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record




  • Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
