Job Description - Automotive Sales Consultant

Burns Honda is seeking a top-performing, driven Sales Associate to join one of the highest-volume Honda dealerships in the region. This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment and are motivated by performance, customer experience, and income growth.

💰 Compensation

Compensation Range: $60,000 – $150,000+ annually

Training Pay: Weekly Salary up to first 90 Days

Pay Structure: Commission + Performance Bonuses

Top performers regularly exceed $120,000+

🔥 What You'll Do

Engage and assist customers through the full sales process (in-store, phone, and digital leads)

Build value and present Honda products with confidence and expertise

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities daily

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up activity

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives repeat and referral business

Collaborate with management and team members to exceed dealership KPIs

🎯 What We're Looking For

Proven success in sales (automotive preferred, but not required)

Strong communication and closing skills

Ability to handle high volume while maintaining attention to detail

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

Professional, positive attitude with a team-first approach

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
