Key Responsibilities

  Develop expert-level product knowledge across new and pre-owned BMW inventory

  Conduct professional needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle and ownership structure

  Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and digital lead management

  Demonstrate strong closing skills while maintaining integrity and client trust

  Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity

Qualifications

  High School Diploma or equivalent

  Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
