• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

• Update your CRM tool daily to track all prospects daily


• Complete your GM training every quarter to remain in good standing with the store


• Be punctual when arriving and be ready to go when your shift starts


• Maintain a CSI score that is consistent with manufacturer guidelines


• Learn how to do a proper demonstration of a new or used vehicle by highlighting features and benefits


• Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions


• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times with your fellow peers and with guests
