• Deliver a VIP experience for every customer from hello to handover.


• Learn our Ford & Lincoln lineup inside and out to match customers with their dream car. 


• Guide buyers through every step of the process - making it simple, stress-free, and fun.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus - but we train the right people!)


• A people-first mindset and excellent communication skills. 


• Competitive, driven, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.


• Comfortable with technology and basic computer use. 


• Valid driver's license and clean background.
