Key Responsibilities

  Welcome customers and create a positive, friendly dealership experience

  Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their preferences and lifestyle

  Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits clearly and professionally

  Conduct test drives and follow all dealership safety protocols

  Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and performance expectations

  Stay knowledgeable about inventory, incentives, and new model updates

  Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
