IDrive Autos is a growing Buy Here Pay Here dealership in Hutchinson, Kansas, dedicated to helping customers find reliable transportation while providing an outstanding buying experience. We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or simply enjoy working with people and are motivated by earning potential, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process.
• Listen to customers' needs and help them find the right vehicle for their budget and lifestyle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives.
• Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and dealership programs.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work alongside the sales team to meet dealership goals.
• Continue learning through ongoing training and product education.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of financing is helpful but can be taught.
• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right individual.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
