What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience
  
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
  
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
  
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and incentives
  
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
  
• Build strong relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity
  
• Stay current on inventory, product knowledge, and dealership promotions
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience required
  
• Automotive sales experience preferred
  
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve goals
  
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Must be able to commute to Globe, AZ
