Position responsibilities include:

• 
  

  Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.

  
  


• 
  

  Build rapport with customers and create a welcoming, professional buying experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs, preferences, and budget.

  
  


• 
  

  Explain vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Describe available options and accessories.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations.

  
  


• 
  

  Offer and facilitate test drives.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep up to date on new Nissan products, features, technology, accessories, and their benefits to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with customers through phone calls, texts, and emails.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow the dealership's sales process and utilize the tools and resources provided.

  
  


• 
  

  Work toward individual and team sales goals.

  
  

Position requirements include:

• 
  

  Availability to work Saturdays.

  
  


• 
  

  Availability to work during the week until 8:00 PM, except for scheduled early-out days and scheduled days off.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong people skills and the ability to easily communicate and build relationships with customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn, listen, accept coaching, and follow established processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic, dependability, and motivation to succeed.

  Prior sales or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
