Position Summary:

The Bilingual Sales Consultant is the dealership’s primary customer representative. You are responsible for all aspects of the sales process from identifying prospective customers to maintaining ongoing customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

Schedule: Monday – Saturdays with one day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the entire car-buying journey—from first Welcome to Delivery


• Help customers find the perfect vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget


• Build genuine relationships to create repeat and referral business


• Demonstrate vehicle features through test drives and product knowledge


• Assist with financing options, add-ons, and paperwork completion


• Maintain customer records and follow-ups using CRM tools


• Collaborate with team members to hit and exceed sales goal

Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills are a big plus (English + One Other language) (required)


• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic


• Strong communication and people skills


• Team player with empathy and a customer-first mindset


• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)


• Valid driver’s license (required)

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced automotive sales department


• Primarily indoor work environment with occasional service shop or parts department interaction


• Ability to stand and move around dealership


• Frequent contact with customers, sales and management to ensure sales completion.


• Team-oriented dealership culture focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $36,000 - $100,000 (Base + Commission)
