Cook CDJR is growing and looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. If you are driven to succeed, enjoy working with people, and want unlimited income potential, we want to talk to you.

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs


• Build relationships with new and existing customers


• Follow up on internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic


• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives


• Work closely with management to structure deals


• Maintain product knowledge on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles


• Meet and exceed sales goals


• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before and after the sale

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset


• Professional appearance and attitude


• Ability to work in a team environment


• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record


• Sales experience preferred but not required


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
