What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and learn what matters most to them 
• Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget 
• Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way 
• Coordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process 
• Respond to phone and online inquiries 
• Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up 
• Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships 
• Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training
