Automotive Sales Consultant (Experienced)

Victor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Victor/Canandaigua/Rochester area’s newest CDJR franchise, is looking for a highly motivated Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to support our exponential growth into our new state of the art building!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.


• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology


• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.


• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.


• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations


• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.


• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day


• Must be willing to work Saturdays

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required


• 2+ years of sales experience; automotive sales preferred


• Knowledge of automotive products preferred, but not required


• Unrestricted, Valid NYS driver's license required


• Must be able to work Saturdays


• Neat, clean, and professional appearance


• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and staff


• Basic computer and internet skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs. as needed


• Spends 75% of work day standing/walking; 25% sitting
