Lexus of Edison is looking for automotive sales professionals to join our team.
We are up 50% in sales volume year over year, the sales department closes at 6 PM most evenings, and the majority of our sales team has been with us for 5 years or more.
We offer an extremely aggressive pay plan that includes low packs, volume bonus, SPIFFS, and F&I compensation. Lexus or Toyota experience preferred, however if you have a stable work history and proven track record of success in the automotive industry apply today for confidential interview.

Responsibilities include
The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide customers with extraordinary service. To that end, Sales Consultant responsibilities generally include:
Selling vehicles that satisfy customers' needs and meet or exceed dealership sales goals.
Using the dealership Customer Relationship Management System (Dealer Socket) to manage all customer contact and keep accurate records of every contact result.
Building relationships with customers and consulting with them to determine their needs.
Presenting vehicle selections best suited to each customer's stated needs and benefits in action during the vehicle test drive.
Following up on all post-delivery items.
Generating new business by prospecting, making follow-up calls to internet leads, and educating all potential customers on Lexus models.
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you must be a self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
Developing viable prospects.
Presenting products that meet the needs of the customer
