What You’ll Do:

As the Automotive Sales Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in daily showroom operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. You’ll support the Sales Manager when they’re unavailable and help drive sales performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.


• Assist customers throughout the buying process, from initial contact to final sale.


• Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants to improve performance.


• Manage showroom operations and ensure a customer-first environment.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.


• Track sales metrics and contribute to promotional campaigns.


• Stay informed on industry trends, vehicle features, and financing options.


• Support the Sales Manager in their absence.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a confident, customer-focused leader with a passion for cars and a proven track record in automotive sales.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• 3–5 years of Automotive Sales experience a must.


• Current PA Automotive Sales License (or ability to obtain).


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.


• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
