Salary: $35,300 - $37,500/annually

 What You’ll DoCustomer Interaction:

• Greet customers and staff in a friendly, professional manner.

Vehicle Inspection & Delivery:

• Verify receipt of new vehicles and match invoices to serial numbers.
• Inspect for damage and confirm listed accessories.
• Record discrepancies on delivery receipts.

Inventory Management:

• Assign stock numbers and securely store vehicle keys.

Lot & Premises Maintenance:

• Keep the lot and facilities clean and organized (sweep, mop, empty garbage, etc.).
• Remove litter and maintain a presentable environment.

Vehicle Care:

• Wash and vacuum newly sold vehicles before delivery.
• Maintain stored vehicles (protect tires, battery, finish, etc.).

Driving & Delivery:

• Drive and deliver dealer trades as needed.
• Ensure timely and organized movement of vehicles on the lot.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):                  

o Accrual begins on your first day.                  

o Eligible to use after 90 days of employment.                  

o Accrual schedule:                           

     0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked                           

     3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked                           

     10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.
