Larson Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Sales Manager for Infiniti of Tacoma to lead a high-performing sales team, develop talent, and deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience while driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Earnings: $144k - $180k annually (based on performance)

Your Role

• Lead, motivate, and coach a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed goals
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, sales tracking, and performance reviews
• Support sales staff in negotiations and closing deals
• Monitor sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and team activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Infiniti values
• Maintain strong inventory knowledge and partner with leadership to maximize sales opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales professionals to foster continuous growth
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set monthly goals, forecasts, and strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in CSI and overall team performance

• Proven success in automotive sales management
• Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or senior sales leader in a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for coaching and developing a winning team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
