Nielsen Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead and drive performance within our sales department. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in coaching teams, managing processes, and delivering strong sales results in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and gross goals


• Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist in closing customers


• Ensure consistent execution of dealership sales processes


• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics


• Work closely with BDC, F&I, and senior management to maximize profitability


• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction


• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager required


• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills


• Ability to analyze reports and manage KPIs


• Customer-focused with a proven closing ability


• Professional demeanor and high ethical standards


• Experience in high-volume or multi-brand dealerships preferred
