We’re opening our brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership in Jackson, Mississippi, and we’re seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, shape our culture, and drive exceptional results from day one!

As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role — coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performance sales team while ensuring great customer experiences and strong sales performance.

What You’ll Do

As the Sales Manager, you will:

  Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals for both new and pre-owned vehicles.

  Recruit, train, and develop sales talent while setting clear expectations and performance standards.

  Build strong customer relationships and ensure an outstanding experience throughout the sales process.

  Work closely with Sales Consultants and support staff to maximize every sales opportunity.

  Monitor sales data, develop strategies to improve performance, and adjust processes for better results.

  Collaborate with F&I, Marketing, and Service teams to create a seamless customer experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal guidelines.
