Automotive Sales Manager

Red McCombs Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead a sales team and help take our dealership to the next level.

This is an opportunity to join the Number One Ford Dealership in San Antonio and South Texas. 

Responsibilities:

• Train, Hire, and Motivate sales team


• Meet daily/monthly sales targets to achieve market leadership


• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process


• Keep vehicle lot clean and organized


• Collaborate with F&I and other departments to maximize profitability


• Maintain compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management


• Strong leadership and team-building skills


• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
