Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost new and used vehicle sales.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer experience.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.


• Manage sales reporting and track performance metrics to support business decisions.


• Train, coach, and support sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Familiarity with Chevy vehicles and the local Biloxi market is a plus.
