leader who excels at coaching, closing, and delivering a strong customer
experience.

• Lead
  and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI goals.
  
• Desk deals effectively while maintaining profitability and compliance.
  
• Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability.
  
• Manage inventory, pricing, and sales processes to remain competitive.
  
• Partner with F&I and leadership to ensure smooth deal flow and customer
  satisfaction.
