Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Assist General Manager in overseeing training and supervision of all dealership employees
- Maintains CSI at or above company standards
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage productivity of sales department
- Maintains good working relationship with manufacturer and lending institutions
- Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen-excluding marijuana
