Automotive Sales Manager

Independence Mazda is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a strategic leader who can motivate, train, and manage the sales staff to achieve and exceed dealership sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.


• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.


• Coordinate with marketing and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.


• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations governing automotive sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related field.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• Knowledge of automotive products, trends, and financing options.


• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.


• Knowledge of VinSolutions, Dealertrack, Vauto and CRM's 


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
