Jim Taylor Auto Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Rayville, LA. In this role, you will lead our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing the overall customer experience within our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes


• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business


• Oversee inventory management and monitor market trends


• Collaborate with other departments including finance and service to ensure seamless customer transactions


• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management


• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and market trends


• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Valid driver’s license
