Automotive Sales Manager

Keller Bros is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our Dodge/Ram team!

We are looking for a strong leader who knows how to drive sales, develop a team, hold people accountable, and create an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.


• Take ownership of dealership sales performance and profitability.


• Work directly with salespeople to structure and close deals.


• Manage inventory, vehicle pricing, and merchandising.


• Ensure consistent customer follow-up and effective CRM utilization.


• Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


• Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales management and finance management experience preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.


• Proven ability to motivate and develop salespeople.


• Understanding of dealership operations, inventory, and profitability.


• A hands-on leader who leads by example.


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality.
