We’re looking for a results-driven professional who can close car sales and assist with finance & insurance (F&I) responsibilities when needed!
If you thrive as a self starter who does not need to be told what to do, in a fast-paced dealership environment and love helping customers drive away happy, train and develop sales associates, and make healthy profits for the dealership, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
Consistently TO and close car deals!
Actively handle F&I transactions, including financing, insurance, and add-on products, whenever required
Collaborate with the sales team to hit goals and maximize revenue
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in auto sales closing and hands-on F&I management
Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High integrity and attention to detail
