Automotive Sales Manager - Colonial Kia

About Us: CMA's Colonial Kia is seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for people, performance, and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals. 
•  Monitor and manage the sales process from customer engagement through final delivery. 
•  Train team members on effective selling techniques, CRM usage, and product knowledge. 
•  Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards. 
•  Assist in handling customer concerns and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. 
•  Collaborate with the Finance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

•  3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role. 
•  Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. 
•  Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions). 
•  A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. 
•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
