This is an opportunity to take ownership of the pre-owned operation for a unique, growing automotive brand backed by the stability and resources of Crown Automotive Group.
If you have successfully managed a large sales force, have import brand experience, seasoned new car manager and/or used car manager experience, you should definitely consider applying today!
The right candidate should have the following:
At least five years in a dealership sales environment
New and used inventory control skills.
Strong vehicle appraisal and acquisition skills
Experience sourcing inventory through trades, service opportunities, direct purchases and other acquisition channels
- Excellent training, desking and internet sales process success
Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Additional Qualifications:
Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED.
