Responsibilities - Automotive Sales Manager:

Hire, train, motivate and manage a high-performance sales team
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve sales goals
Coach sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals
Lead regular sales meetings
Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Other duties may be assigned

Requirements - Automotive Sales Manager:

2 years’ proven track record in Auto Sales Management is REQUIRED
Dynamic leader, team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing
Strong leadership, sales management, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and social media skills
Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM).
Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Professional appearance
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a sale
Valid driver's license and insurance
The highest professionalism and integrity are essential
