Automotive Sales Porter Supervisor

The Sales Porter Supervisor at Honda of Frontenac is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the automotive porters and lot attendants. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the dealership's lot and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and train a team of automotive porters and lot attendants.
Plan and delegate daily tasks to ensure the lot is clean and well-maintained, vehicles are moved efficiently and safely, and customer needs are met.
Conduct daily lot checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and in proper condition.
Oversee the washing and detailing of vehicles, as well as the appearance of the lot and showroom.
Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for test drives.
Maintain a clean and organized service department and service lanes.
Assist with customer transportation needs, including shuttling vehicles and providing loaner vehicles when necessary.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety standards.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous supervisory or management experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle operations preferred.
Clear driving record, background, and drug screen
