Automotive Sales Porter - Volkswagen

Capistrano Volkswagen is seeking A full sales porter for our rapidly growing dealership! This is the perfect entry-level position for individuals looking to get into the automotive industry.  This is a position that can move up to a shop technician or sales team. 

No experience is necessary. An ideal candidate will be dependable, and professional with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have an opportunity to work with a variety of people and your role is key in ensuring an exceptional experience for people who are making one of the biggest buying or leasing decisions in their life.

Pay Scale

The Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18 and $20.50

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize the new and used car display


• Cleaning of new and used cars


• Prepare sold cars for delivery


• Work directly with the sales team and management

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record


• Ability to operate vehicles safely


• Excellent communication skills


• Able to work evenings and weekends


• Pre-employment background check including a drug screening
