What You’ll Do




  • Build lifelong client relationships with a consultative, customer-first approach




  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and truly listening




  • Stay sharp: master product knowledge, features, and new technologies




  • Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and walk throughs




  • Follow up with potential buyers to generate referral and repeat business




  • Tackle objections with confidence and close deals with integrity




  • Work closely with your Sales Manager to hit targets and elevate your performance




  • Bring your best attitude, energy, and work ethic every single day




 


What We’re Looking For




  • Flexible availability (including Saturdays)




  • Self-starter with a positive, ambitious mindset




  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and systems




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Professional appearance and demeanor




  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record




  • Most importantly: a commitment to honesty, teamwork, and doing right by the customer
