Location: Marshall, MN 56258
Pay: $80,000+ annual earning potential (base + commissions + bonuses)

Join Kruse Motors as a Sales Professional and help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable service while guiding customers through the vehicle selection and buying process.


Kruse Motors is offering you a career as a Sales Professional, with a company that always puts honesty and integrity first. The auto industry is stronger than ever! Sales are up all over the country and we have experienced a huge increase in demand for our products. As a result of this growth, we are currently looking to hire several Sales Professionals.


No previous auto sales experience is required — applicants from restaurant, retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, and banking industries are strongly encouraged to apply!


Sales Professional Responsibilities




  • Assist customers in the dealership by answering questions and helping them select a vehicle that meets their needs




  • Achieve sales goals as defined by the Sales Manager




  • Explain product performance, features, options, and benefits to prospective buyers, describing all optional equipment available for purchase




  • Conduct needs assessments by asking questions and actively listening to customers




  • Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures to obtain proper identification




  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively




  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process




Sales Professional Requirements



  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required


  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills


  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player


  • Professional appearance and punctuality


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Desire to learn and grow professionally!


  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required


  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test



  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
