No previous auto sales experience is required — applicants from restaurant, retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, and banking industries are strongly encouraged to apply!

Sales Professional Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist customers in the dealership by answering questions and helping them select a vehicle that meets their needs

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve sales goals as defined by the Sales Manager

  
  


• 
  

  Explain product performance, features, options, and benefits to prospective buyers, describing all optional equipment available for purchase

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct needs assessments by asking questions and actively listening to customers

  
  


• 
  

  Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures to obtain proper identification

  
  


• 
  

  Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  
  

  
  

Sales Professional Requirements

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  
  


• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  
  


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
  
  


• Professional appearance and punctuality
  
  


• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  


• Desire to learn and grow professionally!
  
  


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  
  


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
