Job Description - Automotive Sales Professional



Are you ambitious?! Do you want to take your career to the next level?! Are you an experienced Sales Professional stuck in an environment without growth potential?! Are you a motivated individual that has always wanted to get into Sales, but didn't know where to begin?! We are looking to add two Sales Professionals to our group because we are growing again!! Unlike most Auto Groups, we have very little turnover due to our family friendly environment, exceptional training regime and a stable group of individuals in both management and sales that have been here long term! Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following



  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

  • Keep up to date on all factory training


Qualifications



  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends

  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s

  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
