SVG is looking for outgoing, tech-savvy individuals to join our sales team. Whether you’re an experienced pro or brand-new to sales, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

Commission-based pay plan with monthly bonuses and spiffs tied to more than just sales (customer satisfaction, process compliance, teamwork), PAID WEEKLY.
5-day work week: every Sunday off + one weekday off.

Build lifelong client relationships with a consultative, customer-first approach
Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and truly listening
Stay sharp: master product knowledge, features, and new technologies
Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and walk throughs
Follow up with potential buyers to generate referral and repeat business
Tackle objections with confidence and close deals with integrity
Work closely with your Sales Manager to hit targets and elevate your performance
Bring your best attitude, energy, and work ethic every single day
Use iPads and our proprietary software to deliver a seamless, modern experience.
Flexible availability (including Saturdays)
Outgoing personality and strong people skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads/software with customers.
Self-starter with a positive, ambitious mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Most importantly: a commitment to honesty, teamwork, and doing right by the customer
