Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gainesville

Our goal is to build a team where every salesperson averages 22 vehicles per month, and we provide the training and support to help our team reach that level.

If you have worked in retail, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or another people-focused role, you may already have the skills needed to succeed in automotive sales.

Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gainesville is building a small, high-performance sales team.

We intentionally keep our staff to 10 salespeople or fewer so each team member has real opportunity to succeed.

Automotive sales is competitive, fast-paced, and performance driven. If you are competitive, coachable, and motivated by income, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hybrid sales role working with multiple types of customers.

You will:

• Meet customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Handle inbound phone calls
• Respond to internet leads
• Send personalized video messages to customers
• Guide buyers through the vehicle purchase process

You should be comfortable starting conversations with new people every day and communicating on video.


Schedule

• Closed Sundays
• One additional day off during the week
• Full-time position


Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Be authorized to work in the United States
