Job Description - Automotive Sales Professional

The Role


Are you ready to dig in and make a great living? We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who loves serving people. Whether you are an experienced automotive sales professional who isn't getting what you deserve at your current dealership, or a customer service superstar looking for a lucrative career change, we want to hear from you. You will be the first point of contact for our showroom visitors, guiding them through the vehicle selection process and providing solutions that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities




  • Warmly assist and welcome customers who visit the dealership showroom.




  • Build strong, genuine rapport with clients to understand their vehicle needs and buying motivations.




  • Demonstrate product performance, features, and benefits clearly and enthusiastically.




  • Commit to and follow our proven sales process from the initial greeting to final delivery.




  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.




  • Maintain the highest marks in our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).




Qualifications




  • A self-motivated, driven, and positive personality.




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.




  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (Saturdays are an absolute must).




  • Computer skills to comfortably navigate our CRM and sales tools.




  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
