Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Roth Cadillac and Audi Erie. Whether you have automotive sales experience or are looking to launch a rewarding career in sales, we provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process


• Build relationships with new and existing clients


• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives


• Follow up on leads generated through phone, internet, and showroom traffic


• Maintain product knowledge on Audi, Cadillac and other manufacture vehicles


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience


• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers


• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Sales experience is preferred but not required
