Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
  
• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs
  
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
  
• Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  
• Maintain accurate customer information using the dealership CRM
  
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and available protection products
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required
  
• Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  
• Excellent customer service and closing skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
